If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

✔ with original tags attached
✔ in perfect condition

Non-eligible items

✘ lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
✘ items marked “Final Sale”
✘ items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup or damage

Processing time

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after arrival at our warehouse.

Damaged or incorrect item

If you received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll solve it immediately.
